Who We Are

GTO Armory is the retail arm of Garley Tactical Overwatch LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company based in Delhi, Franklin Parish. We’re USMC veteran owned and operated, and we built this business the way a lot of small FFLs get started: from home, with a straightforward goal — get people the gear, optics, and ammunition they need at a fair price, without the overhead of a storefront.

Rather than build around foot traffic at one physical location, our model is built to reach the broad market online. We’re letting the market in our area tell us whether a brick-and-mortar location is wanted and would actually be supported, instead of assuming it and building one first.

Where We Stand

Our Type 01/07 Federal Firearms License is currently in process with the ATF, and we’re awaiting our Industry Operations Investigator (IOI) interview — one of the final steps before the license issues. Once the FFL is in hand, we’ll apply for a Class 2 Special Occupational Tax (SOT) stamp, which covers both our Type 01 and Type 07 license.

Because of that, we’re launching in stages:

• Tier 1 — live first: accessories, optics, ammunition, gear, and other items that don’t require a firearms license to sell or receive.
• Tier 2 — once our FFL is issued: firearms, shipped exclusively to the licensed FFL dealer of your choosing.
• Tier 3 — once our SOT is issued: NFA-regulated items, following all applicable ATF transfer requirements.

We think this staged approach is the right way to do it — it lets us show ATF an active, functioning business during our IOI interview rather than an empty storefront waiting on approval, and it means every category that does go live has already been through real compliance work, not just a rush to open.

Our catalog is sourced through the same wholesale distributor network that supplies licensed dealers nationwide. Orders are fulfilled directly through that network — decades of experience in the business — for fast access to real, top-of-the-line inventory at your fingertips.
