1. Who We Are
GTO Armory (“GTO Armory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the trade name of Garley Tactical Overwatch LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. We are located at 689 Slayton Road, Delhi, Louisiana 71232, Franklin Parish. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of gtoarmory.com (the “Site”) and any order you place with us.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, govern your use of the Site. If any conflict exists between these Terms and Conditions and any of those other policies, these Terms and Conditions will control.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We may suspend or terminate your account if we learn that you have provided false or misleading information, or if we suspect your account is being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
4. Age Verification
An account is required to purchase anything on the Site — we do not offer guest checkout. When you create an account, you must provide a real date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence if higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), to create an account. Certain products, including handguns and handgun ammunition, additionally require you to be at least 21.
5. Ordering and Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our network of distributors on a dropship basis — your order may ship directly from a distributor’s warehouse rather than from us. Product availability, pricing, and images are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. Shipping terms, timelines, and destination-state restrictions are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Pricing and Description Errors
Our online inventory changes frequently, and an item’s description, image, or price may occasionally contain an error. We do not guarantee that product titles, descriptions, images, or prices on the Site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including an order for an item with an error in its description or price. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will not charge your payment method, or we will refund any amount already charged. If an order is placed for an item with a known pricing or description error, we will contact you before processing the order rather than shipping it as originally listed. By placing an order, you agree that Garley Tactical Overwatch LLC will be the final arbiter of any discrepancy in the online catalog.
7. Firearms and FFL-Regulated Items
At this time, firearms are not offered for sale through the Site. Once this category becomes available, all firearms will ship exclusively to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of your choosing — we will not ship a firearm directly to a customer’s residence under any circumstances. You will be responsible for identifying a receiving FFL willing to accept the transfer and for completing all required paperwork, background checks, and any applicable waiting period at that FFL, in person. Some states restrict or prohibit the receipt of certain firearm types regardless of FFL transfer; it remains your and the receiving FFL’s responsibility to confirm the firearm is legal to transfer in the destination state. Most receiving FFLs charge their own transfer fee for this service. That fee is set by the receiving FFL, is separate from and not included in your order total, and is your sole responsibility to pay directly to the receiving FFL. We do not set, collect, or reimburse this fee.
8. NFA-Regulated Items
At this time, NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, and similar regulated items) are not offered for sale through the Site. Once this category becomes available, NFA items will ship only in accordance with all applicable ATF transfer requirements, including Form 4 approval where required, and cannot be shipped to or transferred in any state or locality where that item is prohibited.
9. Restricted Items by State
Certain non-regulated accessories we carry — including, but not limited to, magazines above capacity limits set by some states — cannot ship to certain states under current law, independent of any firearm or FFL status. See our Restricted Items by State page for current information. That page is a courtesy reference, not a legal requirement, and does not shift responsibility for knowing your own state’s law away from you. 10. Payments
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order. See our Refund and Return Policy for cancellation and return terms.
11. Marketing Communications
By providing your email address, you agree that we may contact you for marketing purposes, including promotional offers, by email, in addition to order-related communications. Providing this consent is not a condition of purchasing any product from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email, or by contacting us at [email protected].
If you separately opt in to receive marketing text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consenting to text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product from us, and is separate from email marketing consent — opting out of one does not opt you out of the other.
12. Acceptable Use of the Site
- You will not use any automated system, script, robot, or other means to access the Site, extract data, or place orders, other than through the ordering functionality we provide
- You will not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any portion of the Site without our written consent
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site
13. Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for the content of any linked site. The presence of a link does not imply our endorsement of that site. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.
14. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false or inaccurate age, identity, or shipping-address information, including misrepresenting your state of residence to attempt to circumvent a destination-state restriction
- Attempting to purchase a product for resale or transfer to a person who could not lawfully receive it directly
- Using the Site to place an order you do not intend to have delivered to the address provided
- Any conduct that interferes with the security or proper functioning of the Site
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Any order for a restricted, regulated, or age-limited item that is placed or completed through fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized account access, or any other unlawful or manipulative means — including providing false age, identity, or residency information — is void from the outset, regardless of whether payment was processed, the order was fulfilled, or the item shipped. In addition to any other remedy available to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refuse shipment or delivery; require return of the item at the purchaser’s expense; retain funds paid as forfeiture to offset costs and losses associated with the violation, to the extent permitted by law; and report the conduct, together with any supporting evidence, to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities — including local or state law enforcement and, where firearms- or NFA-regulated items are involved, the ATF. Engaging in this conduct may expose you to criminal and civil liability independent of any action we take.
15. User Submissions — Wall of Honor
If you submit a photo, story, or other content to our Wall of Honor tribute page, you: (a) grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display, reproduce, and use that content on the Site and in related promotional materials; (b) represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content you submit, or have permission from the person or persons depicted to submit it on their behalf; and (c) understand that all submissions are reviewed before publication and that we may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at our discretion. Submitting content to the Wall of Honor does not require creating an account.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Garley Tactical Overwatch LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
17. Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site and to view and print portions of its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to: modify or copy the content; use the content for any commercial purpose or public display; reverse engineer any software on the Site; remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the content; or copy or mirror any portion of the Site on another server. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions.
18. Warranty Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, we disclaim all warranties on the products we sell, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty on a product is provided solely by its manufacturer, as described in our Refund and Return Policy.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, Garley Tactical Overwatch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any order placed through it.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garley Tactical Overwatch LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin Parish, Louisiana.
22. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Site, including a submission to our Wall of Honor, infringes a copyright you own or control, you may notify our designated agent:

Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
